Congratulations on taking action!

✅ Your first step is to identify the people you’d like to invite.

Your Contact List is your very first tool.
If it’s not quite ready yet, here are a few ideas to help you get started.

Go through your contacts and social networks.
 

HOW TO INVITE?

 

🚫 What doesn’t work:
Group messages and impersonal invitations.

💚 What works:
Human connection — through personalized invitations.
Invite people in person, by phone, or, if you can’t reach them,
send a personal and named text message.

Always wait for a clear confirmation.

You can also suggest that they bring a friend along. 👯‍♀️

And if they can’t make it this time,
offer to invite them to the next event.

Example

Hi Julie, how are you? (I reconnect in a friendly way without going off-topic — I stay focused on the purpose of my call.)

What are you doing on Saturday, March 4th at 3:30 PM?
(This lets me know right away if she’s available.)

I’m hosting the launch event / open house for my new business.

I’d really love for you to be there.
(This shows her how important her presence is to me.)

It’s important for me to get your feedback. / I know this could really interest you.
(I make the person feel valued and show that their opinion matters to me.)

If Julie Confirms :

Thank you so much, Julie. As the number of spots is limited, please let me know if anything comes up, so I can offer your place to someone else. 💚
(This continues to make her feel valued — she understands it’s a privilege to be invited,
and it also helps ensure her attendance.)

If Julie isn’t available:

It’s really important for me to show you my new business, so I’ll make sure to invite you to my next presentation. 💚(I’m already preparing my next invitation —
this keeps the connection alive and shows that she’s still important to me.)

If Julie insists on knowing more and asks what it’s about:

That’s exactly why I’m inviting you — so you can find out more! 😉
(I don’t give the presentation on the street or over the phone — I simply remind her that the purpose of my invitation is precisely to explain everything during the event.
The magic word here is “exactly” — it can really save the day in this
situation!)

✅ For the big day, prepare your testimonial.

You’ll need to share your story with Forever —
why you decided to get started,
and introduce your sponsor or mentor,
who will be supporting you during your very first presentation. 🌿✨

This presentation should look professional and corporate,
so your guests take you seriously from the start.

 

For the big day (unless your sponsor or mentor takes care of it)

You’ll need to:

  • Display your products nicely

  • Have some catalogs and samples available (if possible)

  • Prepare order forms and pens

To make the moment more friendly and enjoyable,
you can also prepare something to drink —
for example, Aloe Blossom Herbal Tea —
and a small snack, as long as it doesn’t interrupt the presentation. ​

✅ As soon as you receive the products, prioritize individual deliveries.
This will be a special one-on-one moment with each of your guests —
a time to learn more about their needs and wishes,
to share your advice,
and to let them know you’ll be following up with them soon.

✅ As agreed during the delivery, call your customers back
to check how things are going and see how they’re doing with their products. 🌿
